divejewels.com's 3 Day Returns Policy

"No Questions Asked Return Policy"

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from us. Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund / Replacement or Exchange however it would be your responsibility to have the product shipped and make sure its received so that we can provide a complete refund.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is visit our live chat on the website or drop an email at divejewels@gmail.com within a period of 3 days, from the date of delivery after which you can ship the product back to us.

Please Note:
- Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 3 days of receipt.
- Refund/replacement for goods are subject to inspection and checking by our team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
- Product should be accompanied with Original Product Box and Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange/money back.
- The return/money back amount will be as determined by our team. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes are used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes
- In case of Refund, the payment shall be made by way of an account payee Cheque/ NEFT/ Respective payment Gateway, within 3 days of receipt of product along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.
- In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the old product before dispatch.
- If You choose to return the product, you would be asked to ship the product back to us at your cost.
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 
- For all returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Delivery Policy

All the successful orders placed on our site will be shipped to the customer within 7 business days.

We offer Free domestic shipping throughout India via FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, Aipex & similar trusted courier services.

If the above couriers do not offer service in your area, please expect the items to be delivered to you via the Government Registered Post.
